  • \n
  • Work alongside senior engineering leaders to define and implement the Engineering Practices AI strategy.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve engineering productivity, developer experience and engineering effectiveness.
  • \n
  • Develop practical AI capabilities, integrations and tooling that support software engineering teams.

  • \n
  • Build and support an internal AI Community of Practice, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.

  • Experience leading AI adoption or AI transformation initiatives within large engineering organisations.
  • \n
  • Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience of modern AI tooling and developer productivity platforms.
  • \n
  • Experience influencing engineering leaders and driving organisational change across multiple engineering teams.
  • \n
  • Demonstrable experience improving engineering effectiveness, developer experience or engineering capability through the adoption of AI.
  • \n
  • Experience defining engineering standards, best practices or technical governance.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • \n
  • Comfortable operating strategically whilst retaining sufficient technical credibility to engage engineering teams.

  • Experience introducing AI tooling across enterprise software engineering organisations.
