The Opportunity\n\nOur Client is a well-established asbestos consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across a range of high-profile contracts. Due to continued growth and recent contract wins, they are looking to recruit Asbestos Surveyors to join their team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for delivering professional asbestos surveying services, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and full compliance with current legislation and industry standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out asbestos surveys across a range of site types\n\n * Produce accurate survey reports, site plans, and sampling data\n\n * Undertake asbestos inspection and testing activities in line with regulations\n\n * Ensure compliance with UKAS-accredited systems, policies, and procedures\n\n * Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients\n\n * Work safely and in line with health & safety requirements\n\n * Support additional tasks as required by management\n\nAbout You\n\nEssential:\n\n * Proven experience carrying out asbestos surveys across various sites\n\n * Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance\n\n * BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload\n\n * Strong communication and client-facing skills\n\nDesirable:\n\n * BOHS W504 (S301) / CoCA\n\n * Experience using handheld devices / PDAs for reporting\n\n * Broader knowledge of asbestos testing and compliance strategies\n\nKey Skills & Attributes\n\n * Excellent attention to detail\n\n * Strong problem-solving ability\n\n * Organised and reliable\n\n * Professional and adaptable approach\n\n * Confident interacting with clients\n\nPackage\n\n * Overtime available\n\n * 23 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Long-term opportunity with a growing business\n\nIf you’re an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking for your next move, apply now or get in touch for more details
