This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a dynamic, full-service real estate practice, acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, funds, corporates, and public sector bodies.\n\nThe firm offers a collaborative environment, strong cross-office support, and significant existing work streams, providing an excellent platform for an ambitious Partner or an experienced Senior Associate / Legal Director ready to step up.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will lead on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, including:\n\nAcquisitions and disposals across commercial, mixed-use, and residential assets\nReal estate development and land assembly projects\nLeasing, asset management, and landlord & tenant matters\nReal estate joint ventures and co-investment structures\nForward funding arrangements and real estate finance transactions\nESG-compliant leasing and development structuring\nInfrastructure and energy-related real estate projects\nTax-efficient structuring and SPV governance\nCommercial, residential, and agricultural property disputes\nYou will also play a key role in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership. \n\nThe Candidate\n\nWe are keen to speak with individuals who:\n\nAre currently operating at Partner level or are a Senior Associate / Legal Director ready for progression\nHave a strong technical background across a wide range of commercial real estate matters\nBring a following and/or demonstrable business case\nHave experience working with a diverse client base including investors, developers, and corporates\nPossess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development\nAre based within commutable distance of Southampton \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nA clear and supported pathway to Partnership (if stepping up)\nAccess to a well-resourced, collaborative team with strong national and international links\nHigh-quality work and excellent client exposure\nA platform to build and grow your practice with full strategic support\nCompetitive remuneration and benefits package \n\nCandidates interested in this opportunity should contact Sam Higgins at Simpson Judge
