\nDeliver both group training sessions and tailored 1:1 mentoring to meet learners’ needs. \nSet clear, achievable targets and track learner progress using the company database. Skills & Experience Required:\n \nStrong IT literacy with confidence in teaching basic digital skills.
\nProven experience in training delivery or mentoring, ideally within employability or skills development. \nAbility to work effectively with learners of varying ability levels. \nExperience in CV writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
\nComfortable facilitating both group workshops and individual coaching sessions. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. \nOrganised, target-driven, and able to manage learner progression effectively.
