Gardener - (Full-time / Part-time)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Gardener to join our team at Bowden Park, a beautiful privately owned traditional country estate near Chippenham.

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a diverse and historic garden setting. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

About the Estate:

The gardens extend to over 20 acres and comprise:

• Extensive lawns
• Planted borders
• Formal and kitchen gardens
• Water garden
• Mature fruit trees
• Hedging and topiary
• Historic grotto, peach house, and glasshouses

The main house is separated from the surrounding parkland by a ha-ha. The organically managed kitchen garden is set to be further developed. The garden is well equipped with modern machinery.

The Role:

You will report to and work closely with the Head Gardener, alongside the existing gardens team, assisting in the maintenance and ongoing development of the estate gardens.About You:

Working Hours:

• Standard hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Full-time preferred but part-time or school-friendly hours can be accommodated for the right candidate

Package:
