HR Advisor

PERMANENT - HR Advisor required for full time position, office based, located in Speke - Manufacturing Your new company My client is seeking a professional HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis based in Speke. You will be working for a global manufacturing organisation who have a strong market presence and are a true global leader. Your new role The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with working hours of 07:30am - 16:30pm, Monday - Thursday, 07:30am - 12:30pm, Friday You will be required to work from the head quarters based in Speke where free parking is available on site Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will have exposure to each area of HR across the site, where you will have responsibility to: Provide full HR generalist support to plant, leading on employee relations casework including disciplinary and grievance Champion employee engagement for the site with a focus on employee events and developing innovative ways to drive engagement. Advise and support the leadership team and line managers to deliver effective internal communication and adhere to the communications plan. Coach Managers in implementing and developing good people and performance management across the business and deliver training to upskill to managers on key HR policies and procedures Work in collaboration with HR team to design and implement health and wellbeing strategy Drive and assist employee engagement activities Engage in ad hoc HR project work and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a HR generalist capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal influencing skills; can foster teamwork and achieve business objectives Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload Experience of working in fast-paced Manufacturing or similar environment Problem solving and decision making aptitude Strong work ethics and reliability, with meticulous attention to detail CIPD qualification (Desirable) What you'll get in return Enhanced company pension contribution 26 Days annual leave entitlement, plus bank hols, with additional service days Friendly and supportive team Learning and Development opportunities to progress to Senior role Enhanced Maternity / Paternity Leave Discounted canteen onsite What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
