HR Business Partner (Temporary Contract)\n Salary: £48,000 (pro rata)\n Location: Remote (UK)\n Contract: Temporary | Full-Time \nI'm pleased to be supporting our client, a well established organisation within the not for profit sector, in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team on a temporary basis. \nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, providing expert HR support across a range of employee relations matters while contributing to key HR projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases, including, disciplinaries grievances, absence management and performance issues.\nPartner with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.\nSupport and deliver HR projects, including organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoach and support managers in resolving people issues effectively.\nMaintain accurate HR records and prepare reports where required.\nWork collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver an efficient and professional HR service.\n\nAbout You\n\nPrevious experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.\nStrong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases.\nConfident working independently in a remote environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nCIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to support a purpose driven organisation and make an immediate impact within a supportive and collaborative team. for further details please contact Alice Connors on (phone number removed).
