Lead RF Engineer

Projects will involve leading on RF design and delivery of RF subsystems, and will require a combination of deep RF expertise and team leadership.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * After graduating with a degree in electronics or similar, you will have significant commercially-focused project experience in RF design for communication technologies.\n\n * You will have demonstrable expertise with RF simulation and design tools, backed with strong understanding of RF theory and application.\n\n * Through hands-on work, you’ll be highly familiar with RF test equipment and methodologies.\n\n * You’ll be a confident team leader and people-focused mentor, with strong communication skills and ability to delineate problems and know-how to solve them.\n\nThe role would be onsite with flexible and occasional home working possible when projects allow.
