This role will deliver training across multiple subjects and areas within Aviation, and you will have the opportunity to support the development of the training portfolio. If you are great at dealing with people, have excellent communication and presentation skills then this role could be for you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Delivery of compliant training online and in person at locations worldwide\n\n * Develop and deliver Continuation Training\n\n * Develop and deliver EWIS, FTS and Human Factors\n\n * Assess training needs and assist in development of suitable training courses to meet business need\n\n * Be prepared to develop key skills to deliver aircraft training courses\n\n * Ensure courses delivered are compliant\n\n * Creation/authoring training material and supporting documentation\n\n * Support the training department during internal/external audits\n\n * Actively involved with continuous improvement of training delivery and process\n\n * To maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to technical training\n\n * To maintain own personal development in relation to technical training within the aerospace industry sector\n\n * Any other training as required, to meet the needs of the business\n\nSkills, Qualifications and Experience required:\n\nEssential\n\n * Hold a qualification in adult learning or possess experience of devising and delivering training\n\n * Possess previous experience within a Part-147, Part-145 or Part-21 environment or transferable instructing or teaching experience at A-level/HNC or above\n\n * Ability to deliver training courses on EWIS, FTS, Human Factors and Continuation & Recurrent Training Knowledge of EWIS\n\n * Excellent communication; verbal and written communication skills\n\n * Adaptable with excellent planning and organisational skills\n\n * Ability to cope with pressure and change\n\n * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team\n\n * Prepared to travel to other company locations as required\n\nAdvantageous\n\n * QLTS/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification\n\n * Experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training\n\n * Possess up to date knowledge of CAA/EASA 66/145/21 regulations\n\n * Ability to demonstrate an understanding of CAA/EASA Parts 66/145/21\n\n * Proficient with associated aircraft maintenance documentation\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join this leader in aviation, please call Michelle for further details or apply with your CV
