Working at the client`s head office in and around the Formby to Southport area, you will be expected to have strong Personal Assistant experience and be comfortable in appointment making for sales or higher management alongside keeping a professional manner at all times.
Benefits for this role include:
A competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.
Working hours of 0900-1730 Mon-Fri.

Day to day duties include:
Keeping a professional telephone manner and attitude at all times in the role.
Diary management and arranging specific dates and accommodation as and when necessary for clients and higher management.
Extensive and efficient e-mail correspondence.
Being the first point of contact for all telephone calls and ensuring there answered and returned in a timely manner with any contact details taken.

At least 2 years` experience in a PA (Personal Assistant) role previously.
Happy to work in a full time, permanent office basis - there is no flexibility to work from home in this position.
