SC Cleared Service Designer | Secure Digital Services Rate: Up to £525/day IR35: Inside IR35 Location: Largely remote, with occasional travel to Leeds Contract: 6 months Start: ASAP We are supporting a consultancy partner delivering a secure public sector digital programme and are looking for an SC Cleared Service Designer to join the team. This role will focus on designing user-centred services within a secure environment, with particular emphasis on services involving secure data, information governance and cyber considerations. What you'll be doing Design end-to-end services for secure digital products Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve complex user journeys Facilitate workshops and service design activities Produce service blueprints, journey maps and design artefacts Balance user needs with security, governance and operational requirements Support the delivery of accessible, user-centred services Essential Experience Active SC Clearance Previous Service Design experience within UK Government or Healthcare Experience designing services involving secure or sensitive data Understanding of cyber security and information governance principles Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teamsThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure digital transformation programme where user-centred design and secure service delivery go hand in hand
