Senior HR Advisor / HRBP

PERMANENT ROLE - Senior HR Specialist - Hybrid Model - Full time - Starting ASAP Your new company My client is seeking a professional Senior HR Advisor / HRBP to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a global manufacturer with ambitious growth targets. They employ around 1600 across 14 countries and are part of an established International Group. Responsibility is key to this organisation, and they lead with strong values and innovation. With an exciting people agenda, they are expanding their UK HR team. Your new role The role is being offered as full time - and working a remote / Hybrid model. The position is initially being offered as remote but you will be required to travel to the main office once restrictions have been lifted x 1 - 2 days per week Occasional travel will also be required for business needs across Eastern England The UK business is currently experiencing a period of rapid change and growth and they are looking for individuals who can put the employee experience at the heart of everything they do and unlock the potential of their people to be the best versions of themselves. You will be reporting to the Group UK HR Manager and be part of a commercial HR team, the HRBP will be an advisor to their functional leaders. You will develop and execute business strategies focused on performance management, career development, employee relations, and compensation planning. In addition, you will put in place best-practice processes enabled by their Ways of Working to help guide the businesses through change. You will be given every opportunity to get truly immersed in the business and to be part of decision making. Alongside day-to-day HR management, you will convert tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives and partner with site management to evaluate business goals and to translate these into people and talent management plans. Take a lead in facilitating and managing the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with management and Organisational Development. You can also expect to act as a change agent and collaborate with the wider HR team to execute and implement large scale HR initiatives and annual processes What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have at least five years of generalist HR experience in complex environments managing multiple stakeholders. You will also be change agile, resilient, and have solid coaching experience with strength in holding stakeholders accountable. This is coupled with strong emotional intelligence, a collaborative approach, and an innate ability to cut through ambiguity and find the right solution. Experience in working with Trade Unions and/or within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
