Senior Management Accountant

Hybrid Working | Salary: £60,000 £70,000 + Benefits

Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth technology business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

With a turnover of £40 million and significant growth over the past 23 years, this organisation offers an exciting and fast-paced environment. This role has arisen to cover maternity leave, with potential longer-term opportunities available for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role within a dynamic finance function, managing a team of four and supporting ongoing business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the management accounting process across five legal entities
• Preparing and delivering board reporting packs with insightful commentary
• Supporting year-end processes, including audit and IFRS reporting requirements
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Business partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Providing leadership, guidance, and development to a team of four finance staff

This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to a variety of projects as the business continues to grow and diversify.
